Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage litigation files; gather organize and index documents and information related to litigation; maintain calendars and docketing system to meet deadlines; attend meetings, hearings and trials as needed; perform electronic research; assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial; prepare deposition and case summaries and other reports related to pending litigation.
- Manage and administer a large volume of contracts of different types; maintain a database to track key contract terms, such as renewal and termination dates and money flows; review, summarize and evaluate contracts organize and maintain contract files; perform initial review of contracts and agreements, for subsequent attorney review; draft routine contracts and amendments under attorney supervision.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
