In this role, youll deliver technical system support for video surveillance and electronic access control plforms. Youll serve as a critical liaison between Enterprise Security, Informion Technology, and site operions, ensuring physical security systems opere reliably, securely, and within enterprise standards.

Success in this role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, plus the ability to work within existing established processes and policies. • Administer and maintain physical security systems including video and alarm management, access control, and system configurion to ensure reliable performance and availability across locions

• Provide ticket-based technical support by responding to, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving incidents reled to user access, devices, video requests, alarms, and access control through IT service management systems

• Manage access control and user permissions by configuring role-based access levels; troubleshoot access issues to ensure compliance with security, safety, and least-privilege requirements

• Monitor system health and resolve device, storage, and connectivity issues while supporting updes and maintenance to ensure secure, stable operions

• Document system changes by tracking configurions, upgrades, and device updes to ensure consistency, compliance, and standardizion across all sites

• Support security and operional incidents by retrieving and preserving video evidence, validing system functionality and identifying system gaps or improvement opportunities

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, systems administrion, or a reled role

• Experience working in a ticket-based or IT service management support environment

• Understanding of IP networking concepts and system administrions fundamentals

• Experience supporting video surveillance and/or electronic access control systems preferred

• Experience with AXIS Camera Stion Pro and AXIS devices preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or multi-site environments
