Data Entry Specialist

We are partnering with one of our clients to identify a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a high-volume processing team. This role focuses on entering and reviewing information accurately while contributing to a fast-paced, administrative environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling repetitive tasks, maintaining strong attention to detail, and supporting team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Enter and update information into internal systems and databases
  • Review data for completeness and identify discrepancies or errors
  • Maintain organized records and proper documentation
  • Support backlog reduction efforts and assist with daily workflow priorities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Assist with additional tasks such as phone support or intake processes as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong data entry and typing skills (speed and accuracy are critical)
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Comfortable asking questions and clarifying information when needed
  • Basic administrative or office experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in high-volume data entry environments
  • Exposure to claims processing, reimbursement, or billing workflows
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or related fields
