AWS Developer / Administrator

Requirements

• 6 or more years of experience in enterprise systems support and cloud infrastructure administration.
• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services core components including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda.
• Experience with Amazon Connect contact center technologies and serverless API integrations.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform and CI/CD automation.
• Experience in Python or Bash scripting for cloud-native workflow optimization.
• Experience with AWS security best practices, CloudWatch monitoring, and logging compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy resilient AWS environments and cloud-native application architectures.
• Manage complex AWS account structures, IAM roles, and least-privilege security policies.
• Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and third-party system integrations.
• Implement automated infrastructure provisioning using CloudFormation and Terraform orchestration tools.
• Integrate generative AI solutions and prompt engineering using the Amazon Bedrock platform.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
• Analyze system performance and identify cost optimization opportunities across cloud resources.
