Role: SiteTracker Developer/Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months+
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and developer for the SiteTracker platform.
- Configure and maintain SiteTracker objects, forms, workflows, business rules, validations, permissions, and system settings.
- Design, develop, and implement platform enhancements, automations, and process improvements.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable SiteTracker solutions.
- Support telecom business processes including site acquisition, leasing, permitting, construction, asset management, and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational KPI tracking.
- Manage user provisioning, security, access controls, and platform governance.
- Perform data imports, data cleanup, data validation, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support and training.
- Coordinate testing activities, including system testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Support integrations between SiteTracker and other enterprise systems, including Salesforce, ERP, GIS, and reporting platforms.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience serving as both a SiteTracker Administrator and Developer.
- Strong experience configuring, administering, and enhancing SiteTracker solutions in a production environment.
- Experience with SiteTracker workflows, forms, business rules, reporting, user administration, and platform configuration.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting production users and managing platform enhancements through deployment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting large-scale telecom transformation or implementation programs.
- Knowledge of GIS platforms, ERP systems, financial systems, or field operations technologies.
- Experience participating in data migration and platform modernization initiatives.
Bachelor''s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field of study
