We are seeking a versatile Office & Warehouse Administrator to join our client's growing team in Nashua, NH. If you have an administrative background in a logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, successfully bridging the gap between office operations and warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Process and confirm incoming customer orders with high accuracy.

  • System Operations: Utilize SAP to manage data, track orders, and maintain up-to-date records.

  • Administrative Support: Handle filing, meticulous record-keeping, and general office tasks.

  • Customer Service: Assist clients with order inquiries and provide a great customer experience.

  • Warehouse Assistance: Collaboratively help the team with product inspections and quality checks.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an office administration role (logistics or warehouse environment preferred).

  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP software is highly desirable.

  • teamwork mentality and a willingness to help out where needed.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Shift & Hours:
  • Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Summer Hours (Until August 1st): * Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Enjoy a half-day Friday!)
