Responsibilities:
Document Organizer : Scan and file essential documents, helping to keep our records in tip-top shape.
Resource Arranger : Prepare binders and informational packets that our staff uses to support those on their recovery journey.
Supply Monitor: Track office and cleaning supplies, ensuring our space is always welcoming and functional.
Environment Enhancer : Assist with keeping shared spaces tidy and organized, making sure our team and clients always have a comfortable environment.
Team Contributor : Support various departments with administrative tasks, playing a crucial role in our center's mission.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in high school.
A genuine interest in understanding non-profit operations, especially in the behavioral health field.
Basic computer and organizational skills.
Reliable and punctual, with a keen attention to detail.
