In this role, you will help create and maintain positive relationships with courts, attorneys, clients, and internal teams while ensuring high-quality work product is generated, submitted, and tracked accurately. You will work closely with attorneys and operational leadership to coordinate hearings, manage scheduling requirements, communicate case outcomes, and support the timely progression of legal matters. Success in this role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while meeting performance goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Schedule hearings and coordinate court appearances as required. Ensure appropriate co-counsel is retained and available to appear on behalf of the firm in various jurisdictions. Maintain positive working relationships with courts, attorneys and clients. Obtain and document hearing outcomes from attorneys and accurately update case management systems. Communicate case results and status updates to internal departments in a timely manner. Prepare, review, and submit legal documents and correspondence as needed. Support attorneys and operational leadership to ensure timely and efficient case processing. Follow established firm procedures and maintain compliance with client and court requirements. Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new procedures, systems, and operational processes. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Meet or exceed individual performance and productivity goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of collections, legal, or law firm experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced legal environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, clients, courts, and team members. Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining client expectations. Successfully pass pre-employment testing including criminal background check, credit check, and drug testing Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
