You will report directly to the Manager Operations and you will support the overall operations of Bulkley Valley Credit Union and play a key part in enhancing member experience, operational efficiency and data quality. You will contribute to compliance reporting, automation initiatives, quality control and administrative functions that strengthen our brand and support our branches. You will review loan and deposit documents for compliance; review documentation for any deficiencies and report these deficiencies back to the line of business for corrective action. You will recognize opportunities and take appropriate actions to promote and cross-sell credit union products and services and refer to other staff where appropriate. You will professionally demonstrate BVCU’s Enhanced Service Commitment to our membership, establish and maintain strong member relationships, work as a member of the team, and set a personal example of service and professionalism.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in lending in a financial institution, preferably with a credit union, is desired. An individual with experience plus education and/or training equivalent to 3-5 years will also be considered.
