Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.

  • 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams.

  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, and network and compute architecture and lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment.
  • Track record of leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily data center operations, ensuring all team priorities directly align with broader company objectives.
  • Communicate clear priorities and facilitate seamless operational hand-offs to oncoming shift leads.
  • Collaborate globally to identify, resolve, and engineer solutions for our computing and network architecture.
  • Manage internal project implementation while hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive a strict safety culture on-site while fostering an collaborative team environment.
