POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant for Student Support
Continuing position to begin 9/1/2026
8 hr/day, 5 day/wk, 260 days/yr
HOURLY WAGE: $42.03 - $44.38 per hour and is dependent upon prior experience (salary is based upon the 25/26 Arlington Office Professionals Association Wage Schedule; 26/27 Arlington Office Professionals Association Wage Schedule to be determined).
BENEFITS: Employees anticipated to work 630 hours in a school calendar year may be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Pension, VEBA, and 403(b).
Up to 12 Sick Days, 2 Personal Days, 13 Paid Holidays, and Paid Vacation - prorated based upon start date, days worked, and longevity.

REPORTS TO: Director of Student Support and Superintendent
SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant for Student Support will perform duties associated with the Skyward student records modules such as managing the P-223 report and providing support for student system reporting, student registration and student records. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director of Special Education (High School+) and Student Support, and back-up support to the Superintendent and School Board, providing exemplary customer service and consistently projecting a professional and positive image of the District and the District Office while maintaining strict confidentiality.
