Microsoft 365 Global Administrator - Located in Eagan, MN

Job Overview:

The Senior Microsoft 365 Global Administror is a senior-level role responsible for driving and managing the operional excellence of the Microsoft 365 suite across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable collaborion, across all core M365 applicions (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Plform, Copilot, etc.). The ideal candide will partner closely with security, infrastructure, and Azure teamsleveraging their own experience in these domains to enhance partnershipwhile leading initiives and transling business needs into technical solutions.

• Architect, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and the Power Plform.
• Lead tenant-level configurions, hybrid integrions, and licensing stregies.
• Partner with business and technology teams to assess and determine Microsoft license requirements, reserve licenses, and facilite the true-up and Enterprise Agreement processes.
• Partner with our security team to administer Microsoft Purview, ensuring robust compliance, da governance, and privacy controls across the M365 environment.
• Monitor system health, usage metrics, and compliance dashboards using PowerShell, Graph API, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Develop and enforce governance standards, documention, and disaster recovery procedures for the M365 environment.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulions, conducting regular audits and security reviews.
• Collabore with stakeholders to identify business requirements and align technical stregies with organizional objectives.
• Architect, design, and deliver comprehensive solutions utilizing the Microsoft technology stack to address and advance business goals.
• Act as a technical escalion point for complex issues and lead knowledge-sharing initiives.
• Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integrion with existing IT infrastructure.
• Cree and maintain documention for day-to-day administrion, change management, and training/reference merials.

• 10+ years of hands-on administrion experience with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Plform, and Purview administrion.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automion skills; experience with Graph API.
• Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments and M365.
• Proven success in leading modernizion initiives and driving business outcomes.
• Excellent communicion, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstred ability to lead, mentor, and collabore effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operions.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, security services, and da governance.
