Repair Administrator (Temp-to-Hire)
Addison, TX (On-site)
$22–$25/hour | 8AM-5PM Monday–Friday

Are you detail-oriented and ready to keep things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Repair Administrator to join our team in Addison, TX. This temp-to-hire role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both people and processes, and has a sharp eye for accuracy.

This is NOT a repair tech position.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the inbound receipt process for customer returns
• Verify data, serial numbers, and part numbers in SAP ECC
• Inventory returned products and related accessories
• Create internal work orders and assign repairs to certified technicians
• Provide repair documentation, worksheets, and certificates of conformity
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve receipt discrepancies or damaged items
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience processing returns/repairs required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with SAP ECC or similar ERP systems a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting
