Summary
The Sr. Microsoft 365 Administrator will manage Microsoft 365 platforms, with a focus on Power Platform, Copilot, and secure integrations, to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with governance standards while supporting business teams in building and maintaining low-code and AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365 with emphasis on Power Platform, Copilot, and integrations.
  • Configure and maintain application integrations within Microsoft Entra ID including permissions and access controls.
  • Oversee the application lifecycle to ensure secure, compliant system use.
  • Evaluate and support internal and third-party integrations following security and architecture guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design secure authentication and authorization solutions.
  • Administer Power Platform environments, monitor usage, and manage solution lifecycles.
  • Enforce governance policies to control low-code development while supporting approved solutions.
  • Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of Power Platform applications in production.
  • Lead enablement efforts for Microsoft Copilot and assist teams with AI-driven use cases.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and secure Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
  • Promote responsible and compliant use of AI technologies across the organization.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 automation and integration issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, platform performance, and overall maturity.
  • Maintain accurate records of configurations, updates, and support activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 or enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Power Platform in a production environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID application integrations and identity management.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services and system dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform governance and administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to balance security, governance, and end-user enablement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
