Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Solo Practitioner Criminal Defense Attorney looking to expand. I need a self motivated individual that's trustworthy and willing to learn. I need someone that I can depend on and who I do not have to micromanage. I will start you at $20/hour but am looking for someone to work with me for a long time, loyalty is a two way street I will give you mine and expect yours. Your education is not as important to me as your ability to get the job done as you progress, you will get raises and bonuses. Experienced paralegals at large law firms can make $80,000 and I want to be able to pay you that as time progresses but doesn't happen unless you proved yourself as an asset to me.
