Responsibilities

  • Greet guests professionally in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Verify guest eligibility for presentations in accordance with HGV standards
  • Follow all procedures outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual (SOP)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms and assist with guest inquiries
  • Assign guests to Sales Representatives based on arrival order
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Concierge system
  • Answer incoming calls, resolve guest inquiries, and escalate issues when needed

Qualifications

  • Excel in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Enjoy face-to-face interactions with customers and associates
  • Quickly learn computer systems
  • Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays
