Administrative Clerk II - Escrow Section

We are seeking Administrative Support for our Escrow Team!

Our Administrative Clerks support the operations of the department in which they are assigned, and we have an opening in our Escrow Section!

The successful candidate will have Customer Service skills ability to answer and manage heavy incoming calls, take accurate messages, greet customers and direct flow of incoming traffic; able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; Administrative skills routing mail, scanning and indexing, processing payments, data entry, filing, assembling packets for mailing, etc.; Other helpful skills ability to listen and follow directions, manages time effectively, organized, and detail oriented; Soft Skills present self as professional, friendly and courteous.

Salary: $19.70/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
