Job Description:

The Repair Coordinator Administrator works in a dynamic, fast-paced office with Administrative, Business Professionals, and Management personnel. This role is critical in daily operations, supporting seamless communication and workflow within the group. The Repair Coordinator is responsible for managing the repair process of aircraft components, working closely with approved vendors to coordinate repair and overhaul services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing and processing quotes in Aeroxchange for components within the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure repair quotes fall in line with the contractual agreement.
  • Review mismatch voucher report and correct repair orders (RO) as required to clear items.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors regarding repair order status and action plans for products exceeding promised delivery dates or schedules.
  • Follow up on the Aging RO Report for past due ROs.
  • Follow up on open repair orders not quoted or invoiced.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience in aircraft materials/component repair cycle, and/or general Finance and Accounting knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new skills.
  • Professionalism, team-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to organize/prioritize workload.
  • Attention to Detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous MIPS, Maintenix, and Airline inventory experience preferred, but not critical for success.
  • Knowledge of the Aircraft Materials mission statement and purpose.

Interpersonal Skills:

Good prioritization skills. Must be a team player. High self-accountability. Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and retain information. Ability to work in a regulated environment with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to communicate with internal and external customersinteracting and working with Administrative, Business Professionals, and Management daily.

OTHER CRITERIA:

  • This job is a grade 9 .
  • Hours of Operation are subject to change: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST.
  • Position is located in Louisville, KY.
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate.
  • No Relocation assistance offered.
  • Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
