NOW HIRING Bilingual Entry-Level Assistant / Service Coordinator

Join our growing, family-oriented team! We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Bilingual Entry-Level Assistant to support our daily operations and help deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate permitting activities
Schedule and organize service calls
Process parts orders and warranty returns
profficient with computers, software, and Excel sheets
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Provide excellent customer service and communication support

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to prioritize tasks and transition seamlessly between responsibilities
Computer skills required- Microsoft suite
Basic QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Knowledge of Broward County area preferred
Reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented

Monday Friday
