Role: Supplier Documentation Coordinator
Pay: $23/hr
Assignment: At least 3 months
Location: Erlanger, KY 41018

What you'll do:
Send email requests to vendors for updated or expired documentation based on purchased materials
Follow up with vendors regarding missing or inaccurate documentation
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
File and organize documentation by document type and item category
Track outstanding requests and identify missing documentation
Create supplier-specific emails based on documentation needs
Escalate vendor requests to procurement within required timeframes
Upload and categorize documents using predefined categories and metadata
Collaborate with quality, procurement, and business stakeholders to maintain compliance
Maintain accuracy within the supplier documentation database

Requirements:
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Strong communication skills to build relationships and work effectively with vendors
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
Quality and food safety experience preferred
