Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking an Office Manager who enjoys taking ownership, learning new responsibilities, and contributing across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Support accounting functions including AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Coordinate vendor relationships and office purchasing
- Assist with scheduling and project support
- Support estimating and administrative functions
- Help maintain efficient office processes
Qualifications:
- Previous office management experience
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping background
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow within the organization
