About Us
Pro Energy Solutions is a rapidly growing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Energy Efficiency contractor serving homeowners throughout New Jersey. We are seeking a highly organized Permit Administrator to help coordinate permits, inspections, customer communication, and township interactions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and working with municipalities to keep projects moving smoothly from sale to completion.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities
Track permit status and inspection schedules
Communicate with township officials, inspectors, and utility companies
Provide regular project updates to customers
Answer incoming customer calls regarding permits and inspections
Coordinate with internal departments including sales, installation, and service
Maintain accurate records in company CRM systems
Assist with rebate paperwork and project documentation
Schedule inspections and follow up on approvals
Ensure permit packages are complete and submitted properly
Requirements
Basic knowledge of construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or permit filing processes preferred
Excellent phone and customer communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with computers and CRM software
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and township officials
Detail-oriented and dependable
Experience with permits, construction administration, dispatching, or customer service is a plus
Will train the right candidate
