Administrive Office Manager II

- Monitor workflow and productivity to evalue office performance.
- Take corrective action as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordine production of documents such as letters, stistical reports, presentions, informion merials, contracts, proposals, and work schedules.
- Act as liaison between building management and internal departments as well as across field offices and vendors.
- Coordine space planning, lease formalities, office automion, and operional mters such as building maintenance, office equipment, and purchasing.
- Organize, plan, and tend program meetings, retres, training, and events.
- Assist Human Resources with interviewing, hiring, oriention, training, and performance evaluion while making decisions on employee transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminions, and similar actions.
- Conduct periodic employee meetings, which include feedback on office performance and issues to foster process improvements, professional development goals, and effective teamwork.
Qualificions:
- Associe's degree in reled field; Bachelors degree if required by ste.
- Five years of administrive support experience including two years of supervisory experience.
- Self-motived and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Demonstred skills with motiving team and driving results to meet goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect informion from different sources.
