Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Schedule depositions and coordinate with court reporters and clients
Maintain and update job calendars and case information
Assist with document preparation and file management
Provide general administrative support
Invoicing for services rendered, bank deposits.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in ZOOM, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Prior administrative or legal office experience preferred, but not required
