What Youll Do:

* Make outbound calls to homeowners throughout Southern California
* Generate qualified HVAC service appointments
* Build rapport quickly and create interest
* Handle objections with confidence
* Accurately document customer interactions
* Work closely with confirmation and dispatch teams
* Consistently meet and exceed performance expectations

We Want Heavy Hitters Who:

Have outbound calling / telemarketing / sales experience
Can handle high call volume and constant rejection
Have thick skin and a strong, positive mindset
Are dependable, punctual, and accountable
Are coachablebut confident in their ability
Want to earn more than just hourly pay
