Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator
Lakeshore Rentals is a locally owned and growing property management company specializing in vacation rentals, monthly rentals, and long-term residential properties. We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated team member to support our office operations, marketing initiatives, and property management team. This is a dynamic role with opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience in property management, marketing, and business operations.
Responsibilities Overview
-Office & Administrative Support
-Answer phones, emails, text messages
-Maintain tenant, owner, relationships and property records
-Assist with scheduling, coordination, & organization
-Coordinate move-ins and move-outs / check-ins and check-outs
-Prepare documents and reports
Marketing & Business Development
-Create and schedule social media content
-Assist with Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and website updates
-Help create listings and marketing materials
-Take photos and videos of properties when needed
-Assist with email marketing and newsletters
-Track marketing performance and lead sources
Property Management Support
-Coordinate maintenance requests
-Schedule vendors and inspections
-Assist with renter and owner communications
-Conduct property inspections, prep for arrivals
-Learn property management systems and operations
Ideal Candidate
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational abilities
-Comfortable creating social media content
-Experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, or similar platforms
-Self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats
-Interest in marketing, real estate, property management, and hospitality
-Photography, video editing, or graphic design experience is a plus
