The Position:
Our small customer service team is an essential component of our direct sales growth and customer retention strategy - both of which are key pillars of the Bedrock business. This is a full time, in person position. Your role will be vital to Bedrocks epic service commitment to our customers and is responsible for assisting folks online, on phone, and in person as well as answering customer service inquiries, processing and cleaning repairs, and taking inventory to our fulfillment center.
Required Experience:
- Customer Service rooted in creating awesome experiences and going above and beyond
- Experience working in a fast paced and evolving work environment
- Technological experience in e-commerce web apps, email software, and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, including but not limited to listening for customer needs, describing unique product features, and communicating with the appropriate team members on behalf of customers

Takes pride in their work, has an awareness of their areas of improvement, is willing to take risks to grow.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist Bedrock Customers through email, phone, and in-person
- Process and clean footwear repairs
- Give reports to management on product and service feedback from customers
- Dropping off inventory at the fulfillment center
- Use spreadsheets to process, monitor, and track work
- Maintain high quality standards
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Ability to do repetitive hand work and occasionally lift and carry 40 lb boxes, with reasonable accommodation, as needed
- Attend events and assist Bedrock Team in additional ways as special projects and needs arise
Start Time:
Late June / Early July
Hourly work schedule:
40 hours a week
Operating Hours Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM (1 hour lunch) or 8:00AM-4:00PM (30 minute lunch)
Starting Salary:
$23 per hour
