Experienced Callers (Telemarketing / Phone Room / Cold Calling / Appointment Setting)

If you have previous phone sales or appointment setting experience, you may qualify for:

- Hourly Pay + Commission
Typical pay range:

$400 weekly base (applies if no commission earnings as a safety net)

Commissions on closed installs (commission or base, whichever is greater)

Typical weekly earnings:

$900$1,500+ depending on performance

What Youll Be Doing

- Calling homeowners (B2C) to offer free home energy audits
- Explaining the $200 rebate homeowners receive
- Booking appointments for our energy specialists
- Logging calls and appointments
- Hitting and beating your appointment goals

Training & Work Setup

- Initial training at our Denver Tech Center (DTC) office
- Learn the scripts, call flow, and proven booking techniques
- Work-from-home opportunities after training
- Supportive team and coaching to help you succeed
