The Administrator-Information Services is part of the IU Health Offensive Security Team. The IU Health Offensive Security team is responsible for improving IU Healths security posture by emulating bad cyber actors. The team accomplishes this through a number of capabilities including conducting offensive security engagements, threat research, penetration, web app security, medical device testing, and advising a number of business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support for upgrades, and acts as a vendor liaison for assigned area under direct supervision.
- Supports the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of computer software.
- Assists on the implementation of operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
- Resolves day-to-day technical problems with the business systems and maintains awareness of technical innovations and potential system level improvements.
Preferred:
- Information Security/Cybersecurity/Network/Compliance/Desktop experience
- Healthcare experience
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience required.
- Requires business process understanding, preferable in the health care environment.
