Compensation
$16-20/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
- Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
- Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
- Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
- Other duties as assigned.
