Job Summary

Cargo Office Supervisor is responsible for warehouse and storage facilities, loading and unloading air cargo, ensuring cargo reled documention is prepared timely and accurely, and regulory requirements are adhered to and executed against appropriely.

The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team during a turnaround / in a specific area / on a specific task while ensuring compliance of safety, security and operional performance in line with policies and brand values.

The expected pay re is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company mch paid vacion time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

  • Supervise/control staff assignment, reporting and absences
  • Control of staff overtime and compension management
  • Maintain applicable safety and quality standards
  • Maintain, up-de companys and customer manuals and documention
  • Keep up to-de with local emergency plan
  • Maintain good relions with customers and airport authorities
  • Report any irregularity and take approprie action
  • Attend and contribute to internal meetings
  • Comply with companys Standard Opering Procedures (SOP) and policies
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities the stion with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damage

Your profile

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Good command of the English language both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
  • Ability to deal with conflicts
  • Strong oral and written communicion skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer focus and quality awareness
  • High standards in quality and service level agreements
  • Must be able to work flexible working hours
