Growing Up With Obici is hiring a Full-Time Office Manager. Monday - Friday with 6:30a-4:00p and 8:00a - 5:30p schedules.Overview
The Office Manager is r esponsible for daily operations of the child care center while maintaining an environment for high quality child care, excellent customer service and high employee satisfaction. Ensures continuous improvement of operations at site while focusing on human resources management and financial accountability.
Supervisory skills preferred. Ability to operate basic office equipment including copier, fax machine, computer and telephone. Ability to work well under pressure and work independently. Strong ability to prioritize work.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED (Required)
- Valid Driver License with good driving record to drive 15 passenger van.
Experience
- Three years of office administrative experience (Required)
- Previous early childhood education experience (Preferred)
