HireLBS is currently hiring Field Appointment Setters for one of our clients in the home restoration industry located in Brandon, FL. This is a field-based role where you will engage directly with homeowners and schedule appointments for the company's roofing and home restoration specialists.

No roofing experience is required. We provide training and support to help motivated individuals succeed and grow within the company.

• Represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work outdoors
• Sales, customer service, canvassing, retail, fundraising, or appointment-setting experience is a plus but not required
