Practice Operations Manager - AMG SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

Ability to work independently and to be highly self-motivated.

Demonstration of exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the work place.

Responsible for coordinating administrative and clinical service for physician offices.

Oversee operations of all practice locations to ensure they operate according to established standards, including but not limited to: staffing, scheduling, revenue cycle, clinical services and equipment maintenance.

Ability to identify operational problems and take immediate and proactive measures to improve patient care and other issues that may affect efficient and effective operations.

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Some light lifting required. Motor coordination, manual dexterity and near-visual acuity required.

Provides leadership and support for the division of employed physician practices. Physician relations and operations. Professional and Educational continued learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.

Minimum of three years of physician group practice administration experience preferred.
