What You’ll Do
Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions
Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting
Train and onboard new team members
Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules
Order and maintain office supplies
Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness
Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance
Review payroll and resolve discrepancies
Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations
Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements
Daily & Weekly Responsibilities
Track delivery exceptions and ensure timely resolution
Monitor compliance with check-ins, paperwork, and routing standards
Review next-day delivery plans and adjust schedules as needed
Submit nightly operations recap reports
Attend weekly planning and operations meetings
Conduct inventory checks and order supplies
Success Metrics
On-time and complete delivery performance
Driver satisfaction and engagement scores
Employee retention and safety compliance
Labor hours and productivity versus goals
Fleet damage and repair cost management
