This Role Is More Than Customer Service:
This is a key operational position. You'll be the hub of our day-to-day - the person who keeps the office running, the technicians moving, and the customers happy. You'll own the sales pipeline, schedule, manage the routing, and make real decisions that affect the whole operation.

Who You Are:
- A natural problem-solver who stays calm when things get busy
- Highly organized - you don't let balls drop, even when you're juggling ten at once
- A strong communicator, both with customers and with a field team
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Flexible - peak season gets busy, and some evenings will be needed to keep things on track
- Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience in a service, logistics, or operations role is a plus - but we will train the right person

What You'll Be Doing"
- Managing daily office operations the backbone of the whole business
- Building and optimizing technician routes for maximum efficiency
- Answering inbound calls for sales and service and handling customer inquiries and scheduling
- Making outbound calls for sales and service
- Following up with customers before and after service
- Coordinating in real time with field technicians throughout the day
- Handling general office duties - data entry, filing, emails, etc.
- Keeping everything organized during our busy season when the pace picks up significantly

Heads up: Peak season runs hot. Some evenings you'll stay a little later to make sure the next day is set up for success. We don't take that for granted - and we compensate accordingly.

What You'll Get:
Full-time schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (lighter winter hours - yes, really)
$50K$80K compensation, commensurate with experience
