Full-time, Monday Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm
$20.00-$23.00 p/h, DOE

Duties:
Perform accurate data entry for production orders, inventory, and job tracking
Process and update customer orders within the ERP system
Assist the Production Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
Prepare and organize production documents, work orders, and job packets
Coordinate pulling and staging of materials for production runs
Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible
Communicate with production, inventory, and administrative teams to ensure workflow accuracy
Assist with tracking production schedules and deadlines
Support inventory control efforts, including data updates and basic cycle counts
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
Help identify and communicate discrepancies or issues in orders or materials
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of administrative, data entry, or production support experience preferred
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with SolidWorks is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team
Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to follow processes, procedures, and instructions closely
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed for staging materials
