Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control system to ensure necessary equipment and part levels are maintained and purchases are within budget.
- Receive and label inventory appropriately; ensure inventory area is well maintained and organized systematically and physically.
- Perform physical count of inventory including cycle counts and reconcile actual stock count.
- Maintain all aged inventory, collections and returns.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Order parts and materials through Company internal system.
- Meet with vendors to evaluate price, availability, and services offered on new products.
- Obtain quotes for purchases.
- Handle warranty parts, process, and documents.
- Process all vendor repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices; identify solutions, investigate disputes, and process corrections.
- Expedite parts and services as needed to support production.
- Ensure products received are in accordance with purchase order specifications.
- Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Comply with Environmental compliance, energy savings, and recycling requirements.
- Recommends to Maintenance Manager a course of action for cost savings initiatives and provides insight to material purchasing.
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid State Drivers License.
- Two (2) or more years of inventory control or parts management experience.
- Microsoft Office experience.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Strong work ethic, demonstrating integrity and trust.
- Ability to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend reports and associated documents.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to prioritizeworkloadand meet time sensitive deadlines.
Physical/Mental Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers, kneel, talk, hear, climb and balance.
- Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to manually lift/move up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to push/move up to 50-100 pounds occasionally, with assistance.
Working Conditions:
- Operate in various environments which may include both in an office and shop setting.
- Exposure to loud noise, humidity, hot and cold weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, toxic and caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles.
