• Administer and maint ain Genetec Security Ce nter Manage core componen ts : Directory, Archiver, Media Gateway, and Failover serv ices Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and overall health Configure, troubleshoot, and maint ain IP surveillance cam eras Support VMS-related servers and infrastructure Man age user access, roles, and permiss ions Troubleshoot video, camera, and connectivity issues Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and security projects Create and maintain technical documentation Provide end-user training and support Collaborate w ith networking, server, and cyber security t eams Provide limi ted after-hours/on-call sup port
• Required Qualification

• 2+ years of experience w ith Genetec Security Ce nter (or similar VMS platforms)2+ years of experience administer ing AXIS cam eras or comparable solutions
• 2+ years supporting and troubleshoot ing video surveillance infrastruc ture Experience w ith: Video Management Systems (VMS)CCTV surveillance systems Windows Server environm ents Enterprise infrastructure support System monitoring and issue resolu tion
