General Summary Provides administrative and technical support for the Student Success and Enrollment Management Division and the Divisional Vice President and other personnel as needed. Duties include but are not limited to answering and directing calls and inquiries; scheduling meetings and appointments collegewide, data entry within various software applications, project management support; and other administrative duties as assigned. Essential Functions Creates and maintains spreadsheets, reports, presentation documents, meeting minutes, and other written correspondence and utilizes professional written communication when developing and editing documents. Assist the Vice President, and other administrators with meeting and event preparation. Essential Functions Provides support and assistance to faculty and/or instructional program areas on the Columbus Campus, as needed, including processing payments, ordering materials, and other instructional-related tasks. Essential Functions Communicates with and completes paperwork and processes in accordance with numerous internal operations such as Human Resources, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and other departments. Essential Functions Assists with event planning for Student Success and Enrollment Management and serves on campus and collegewide committees, including the Student Recognition and Awards Ceremony, the Commencement Committee, New Student Orientation, the Retention Team, and others as needed. Essential Functions Serves as the centralized scheduler for Counseling and Prevention Education Services. Responds to general inquiries from students and staff while maintaining strict confidentiality, schedules appointments for counselors, and assists with triaging of scheduling when requested by the Director of Counseling. Essential Functions Assist students in completing intake paperwork for counseling services including but not limited to explaining student's confidentiality rights, assisting with navigating the student portal, and verifying eligibility for services.
