At the Support Center assisting the practices is the foundation of Rock Dental Brands. Responsibilities: Process PO and non-PO invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Research rejected invoices as determined by the AP software Reconciling vendor statements and identifying next steps Onboard vendors related to new acquisitions and transitioning vendor and/or vendor payment methods as appropriate Reconcile accounts payable GL account Proactively address internal customer and external vendor inquiries regarding payment status Identify and assist in the implementation of AP process improvements You Must Have: 2 years proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles College degree is preferred This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail We Value: Good communication skills and those who take initiative Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment Good time management / organization / ability to multi-task / strong PC skills Total Rewards: You'll be welcomed into a winning culture that encourages continuous improvement, a challenging and rewarding work environment with a genuine desire to see each other succeed.
