Clerical Assistant for senior in home-office (not virtual)

CLERICAL ASSISTANT who is experienced in the medical field as a "Facilitator"/"Mentor"-type is needed to patiently work with an 80-year old man with Dyslexia & ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) in a senior group (female & male) private Christian home just 4 mi south of Old Town Alexandria in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood.
My needs are: First a detailed retrieval, organization & management of my medical records. Next we'll conduct research on the latest medical protocols and best suited top medical centers & Physicians. Then Medicare protocols, MRI's, diagnostics. appointments, and "Notes for the Dr's" are made. Ultimately, we'll be creating an intuitive personal medical data retrieval system with clarity to synchronize my paper Files + PC Laptop + iPhone together (with each having the same medical data). Then we need to systematically schedule surgeries, follow-ups & rehabs.
First "trial meeting" (1 to 3 hrs) : $20/hr, cash. If selected, then: 8 to 12 hrs/wk @ $25/hr, cash (negotiable after a month trial). All days & times are doable for me. If you drive, there's plenty of free & safe parking. If you commute by Metro rail or bus, I'll pick you up and then drop you off after our work.
