We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating service operations, supporting technicians and managers, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Service Administrator
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming service-related phone calls
Schedule and coordinate service and repair appointments
Create and process work orders and invoices
Assist with parts, service, and repair coordination
Communicate with customers regarding service updates and scheduling
Maintain accurate records, logs, reconciliations, and filing systems
Support timekeeping and general administrative tasks
Greet visitors and assist with branch communication
Collaborate closely with service and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience preferred
Experience in heavy equipment, construction, service, logistics, or industrial environments is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
Friendly and professional demeanor with strong verbal communication skills
