Position Overview Stanley Town Square is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to serve in a dual role as Housekeeper and Front Desk Agent. This position is essential to creating an exceptional guest experience ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, while also providing friendly and efficient front desk service. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Duties Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to company standards Wash linens, make beds, restock amenities, and replenish supplies Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns promptly Ensure all units meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Front Desk Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries Process reservations and payments Provide local recommendations and information about the Stanley area Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Qualifications Prior hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and adapt in a small-team environment Comfortable climbing stairs, standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and being active throughout the shift Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Desired Traits Self-motivated and proactive Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards Enjoys working in a small mountain town community and spending time outdoors Work Environment Fast-paced during peak summer season Quiet and steady during shoulder and winter seasons Opportunity to work outdoors and engage with guests visiting the Sawtooth Valley Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Employee lodging may be available Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth within the company Stanley Stanley is a tiny, scenic mountain town in central Idaho, tucked deep in the Sawtooth Valley at the base of the rugged Sawtooth Mountains.
