Sales Administrative Assistant - 1-month temporary project, could lead to TTH based on performance. $20-$24/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant for a focused, one-month project. The primary objective of this role is to audit, clean, and optimize our CRM system ( Monday.com ) to ensure our sales and marketing data is accurate, up-to-date, and ready for upcoming campaigns. If you love data organization, have a keen eye for spotting duplicates, and enjoy making systems run efficiently, this is the perfect short-term project for you. Key Responsibilities CRM Data Clean-up: Review, update, and standardize existing client and lead accounts within Monday.com. Data Entry & Validation: Cross-reference data sources to correct formatting errors, eliminate duplicate entries, and fill in missing account information. Marketing List Enrichment: Specifically focus on auditing and updating client email addresses to ensure high deliverability for upcoming marketing campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to clarify data discrepancies and ensure alignment. Qualifications & Skills CRM Experience: Proven experience working inside Monday.com (highly preferred) or similar CRM/project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana). Data Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of high-accuracy data entry. Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (for data sorting and VLOOKUPs, if necessary). Focus & Efficiency: Ability to maintain high productivity and focus during repetitive data tasks. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clarify data points with the team. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
