What We Offer Competitive salary: $45,000-$65,000 annually Weekday schedule for work-life balance Next-day pay available upon request Multiple healthcare plan options 401(k) with company match Birthday PTO Supportive leadership and growth opportunities Position Summary As the Business Office Manager, you will oversee daily business office operations, ensuring accurate billing, collections, resident accounts, and administrative functions. You will also supervise business office staff and play a key role in maintaining financial and regulatory compliance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in skilled nursing billing and business office operations required At least 1 year in a long-term care setting preferred Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and collections Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
