About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams such as customer service, sales, and billing. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage a shared customer service inbox daily Review incoming customer orders, download and organize documentation, and assign order numbers Accurately enter order details into the ERP system (QAD experience is a plus) Coordinate with internal systems to retrieve product information and support order fulfillment Verify and validate all order entries for accuracy before submission Prepare and package orders, including generating and applying shipping labels Process customer-submitted usage forms and assist with billing-related workflows Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Billing) for order transfers, updates, and adjustments What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications) 1+ year of experience in customer service, data entry, or light accounting Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working with ERP systems (QAD preferred, but not required) Familiarity with order processing, billing, or logistics workflows What Success Looks Like Efficient management of incoming orders and communications High level of data accuracy with minimal errors Strong collaboration across teams to ensure orders and billing are handled correctly Ability to quickly learn systems and improve operational efficiency Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.
