Administrator International Office Location: Lincoln Salary: From 25,949 per annum Please note, this post is permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week. Based within the International Office, you will play a key role in supporting part of the student recruitment journey. The International Office is responsible for the recruitment of overseas students onto full time campus-based programmes and student sponsor relations. The department is also tasked with providing market expertise to help inform the development of the University's programme and partnership portfolio. You will be critical in supporting the work of the Admin Team and will be responsible for providing operational data via excel to the Line Manager in relation to the initial due diligence of external stakeholder invoices. Ensuring an efficient payment process through our internal systems and financial housekeeping reporting. Updating the University's Student Management system. Leading on the freight delivery of promotional materials for overseas and UK led student recruitment fairs. Responding to daily email enquiries from a range of stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the Line Manager in the preparation and delivery of external stakeholder contracts as and when required. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Administrator who is a good team player and can manage their own workload and is committed to delivering an excellent customer service, helping to achieve the University's international recruitment objectives.
