Part-Time Administrative Assistant I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as first point of contact for internal and external customers
- Answers and screens incoming calls
- Greets scheduled visitors
- Opens and routes incoming mail and correspondence and prepares outgoing mail
- Composes, analyzes, and distributes correspondence, memorandums, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested
- Coordinates logistics for meetings
- File employee documents into system of record
- Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needs, and placing orders
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventory
- Maintains solid customer and store employee relationships by handling questions and concerns with professionalism
- Represents Company values professionally in the community and at public gatherings
- Delivers high quality work, effectively and efficiently; displays broad understanding of Company Culture
- Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of recent administrative experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Basic level computer experience, including Microsoft Office 365, is necessary
- Excellent communication, organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills are required
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well independently is essential
- Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different
customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential
- Ability to quickly build relationships across the organization is crucial
- Troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential
- The ability to work within a team and serve as a trusted expert for assigned
duties is crucial
- Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key
Educational Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Additional college level administrative, computer or business-related classes are beneficial.
Work Hours:
Flexible schedule within office hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 24-30 hours a week.
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive Movements - A substantial amount of simple and firm grasping, fine manipulating, handwriting and computer
keyboard/mouse usage is required.
