Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 total compensation (salary + performance-based bonuses)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of controls engineers, programmers, and technicians
  • Oversee execution of building automation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Support revenue growth by contributing to key opportunities and customer relationships
  • Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and overall delivery
  • Provide technical guidance on complex BAS and controls-related challenges
  • Maintain visibility into pipeline activity, forecasting, and operational metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams for seamless project execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or related systems
  • Strong knowledge of BAS, DDC systems, and system integration
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams in a technical environment
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical plans
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Construction, or related field
  • Experience with controls programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern building automation technologies
